I've been doing this for a decade now and it still amazes me how quickly aromatherapy can shift a space.


How do you want to feel in the morning?

You can use essential oils (just a couple drops!) to influence the mood of your home.


Choose citrus for fresh energy.

Choose florals for soft calm.

Choose wood or resin oils for grounding.

Choose herbs or spices for alertness and invigorating the senses. (Great if you struggle getting up.)


Two of my favorite morning blends are: Lemon and Peppermint or Wild Orange and Rosemary.


Keep our oils near a diffuser, and even a jar of water nearby so you can a couple drops, fill it with water, and go.
